Meet Your Facilitators

          Mari Plaza Munet

My passion and life purpose is to bridge wisdom, art, and healing to awaken soul-led purpose for any human being who wishes to invest in their soul expansion.

I am a transformational guide, wellness coach, and award-winning artist. With 20+ years of experience, I integrates yoga, Usui Reiki, sound, and creative practices to foster healing and clarity. My art and teaching bridge ancient wisdom and modern science, inspiring unity, resilience among humans and at the individual level, I master the support you might need to bring you closer with your higher self and soul masteries.

Ben Germann

My name is Ben Germann. I am a registered nurse in hospice nursing with a history in mental health and substance use nursing. I am also a certified CHEK Practitioner, Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology. In the last 10+ years I have adopted the ‘Four Doctors’ in my life, with my family and my community and we began experiencing a healthier, more fulfilled life. I am here to guide you with this wisdom so you can embody the true freedom of health and discover your dream and legacy.

"Originally from Nepal, I bring over 10 years of nonprofit health leadership and a deep compassion for community well-being. Through three years of meditation practice, I have learned to heal myself, release burnout, and calm my mind—guiding my work in nutrition, wellness, and resilience."  I feel very grateful that including a mindfulness practice into my life has also allowed to feel more creative, intuitive and coherent with my path as a mother, professional and human. I feel a sense of connection with Earth and humans that I never felt.

Beginner Practices Snapshot

  • Morning:

    Qigong, Yoga, Tai chi, and mindful walking to gently awaken the body.

  • Midday:

    Our Four Doctors workshop, an easy, deep, peace- rising meditation, and restorative sound healing to support relaxation and inner balance.

  • Afternoon:

    Practices for harmony through senses, body alignment, and learning how to use your soul skill in everyday life.

  • Evening:

    A heart-opening cacao ceremony, a warm fire circle, and Yoga Nidra under the star to close the day in deep rest and reflection.

15+ sessions will be offered by an experienced medical nurse, certified wellness practitioner and spiritual coach.

We truly care about your humanity and will support you in accessing your inner wisdom and soul skills, helping you cultivate a life that feels brighter, calmer, and more balanced.

A delicious lunch and nourishing snacks throughout the day are included.
