Qigong Part 5 of 5
here we put several of our previous movements into the “Big Cahone”, incorporating spinal rotation, flexion, and extension into one movement, much like the move of dodging bullets in the “Matrix”. Position back of hand on low back, using opposite hand reach up, palm up. Reaching hand forward, legs straight, inhaling, and scooping keeping palm up as if a cup of tea were in hand, rotate hand when reaching opposite leg, begin to exhale, bending knees, and rotating backwards, keeping eyes on middle finger throughout movement. The second part is another version of this movement. Finally, end the practice with horsestance breathing, inhale up, prayer hand, exhale prayer hands down, at abdomen, spreading hands as if resting on a table, wrist set, fingers open. Repeat for 3-7 breaths, inhaling the energy of the practice, and exhaling that which no longer serves.
