Qigong Part 2 of 5: Arm swings, open hands in horse stance, shoulders relaxed, begin punch set, good mind gym practice, focus on fist opening and closing with punches and linking breath with movement. Next is Shoulder circles forward and backward, then forward again. hand into crease of deltoid and pec minor, lung meridian point, in front weighted stance, 70% front leg, foot slightly turned in, 30% back leg, can kick out for balance so not on tight rope. Make smaller circles if having issues with shoulder mobility. This will open up the neck for neck circles. Brace just below the collar bone with your fingers. As you circle the head, feel the neck stretch, hanging out on the sides to stretch the SCM and scalenes a little extra. Go both directions slowly.
