Qigong Part 1 of 5
This is Part 1 of 5 of the Qigong set. It starts in Mountain stance, hands open, rooting into the earth. Feel the feet and legs firm. Breathe in and out through the nose, keeping the tongue on the roof of the mouth. By doing this, you connect what is called the micro-cosmic orbit, linking the energy centers of the front and back of the body, essentially “plugging in” the energy circuit allowing for greater chi flow.
